Course Highlights

The course follows the New 2010 guidelines in providing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for all ages. It is designed for rapid respond to life threatening emergencies, which includes plans for risk assessment and management, 1 rescuer CPR with or without AED, Two-rescuer or Team CPR with or without AED, and Relief of Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO). This would also give the participants the capability to perform rescue breathing and deal with conscious and unconscious FBAO victims. After the training participants will be evaluated through skills testing and a multiple choice exam with a passing score of not less than 84%.

Course Objectives

Upon successful completion of the course, the participants would be able to respond to life threatening emergency situation within the scope of the training.

Target Audience:

The course is intended for certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, nurse assistants, Health care worker, midwifes, physical therapist, respiratory therapists, paramedics, and etc..
